For Fabric Pre-Orders:
Your PRE-ORDER is not refundable unless we fail to deliver the fabric to you.
The fabric is not returnable unless we shipped you the wrong item. In the case we made a mistake and you received the wrong item, you agree to return the item to us in its new and unused, undamaged condition. We will then either send you the right fabric or refund you the money based on your preference.
The fabric you are buying is NATURAL and RAW. It will have color variations and imperfections. This is expected and natural to this kind of fabric and not a valid reason to claim a return or refund.
For other exchanges:
Because of the nature of digital files, we simply cannot provide refunds or returns of digital downloads once they have been downloaded. If you are having trouble with a download, please contact us first so we can solve the problem.
Refund of other non-downloadable items is with store credit only upon return of defective item. We cannot pay for costs of return shipping. Sorry.
